Rear Extension and Renovation Project.

Project Location : East London

The main brief was to draw in as much daylight as possible and create a free flow space.

The proposed side extension consisted of creating a small pantry, kitchen, and dining room.

The size of the extension started from the latter portion of the main house up to the footprint of the existing outbuilding.

The single storey side extension had a Mono Pitched roof and a vaulted ceiling with a generously sized skylight.
Debden Lodge

The proposed side extension was to be used as a Wet Room located to the front of the house, Utility Room to the middle portion and provide additional dining and kitchen to the rear of the house.

This was created by opening up a portion of the side flank wall to the existing Dining Room and Kitchen.

The overall length of the proposed Single Story Side Extension will run from the front to the rear of the existing property.

We also renovated and connected the existing Outbuilding to the side extension to the outbuilding in the rear garden, creating a grand open space.
